Privacy policy
Who we are
AI Partner Map is operated by Diana Szyperska (NIF Y7285659D), registered as self-employed (autónoma) in Spain, who is the data controller. For any privacy matter, write to aipartnermap@aisafelens.com.
What we store
AI Partner Map stores the information professionals submit for their public listing: name, organisation, what they do, specialisations, certifications, countries, languages, formats, website, the optional women-led attribute, and an optional base city. We also store one contact email per listing, which is never displayed publicly and never included in the public data feed. It is used only to moderate the listing and to contact the listed professional about it.
For the map view we store an approximate, city-level location only (the city you give, and coordinates set to that city's approximate centre). We never store or publish a precise address. A listing can appear without any location at all.
Visitors
Browsing the directory requires no account and stores no personal data. We set no cookies and run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
The map view loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. When you open it, your browser requests those tiles directly from OpenStreetMap's servers, which means your IP address is visible to them, as with any image loaded from another site. Their use is governed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. If you do not open the map, no tiles are loaded.
Accounts and sign-in
Editing your own listing uses a passwordless sign-in: you enter your listing's contact email and receive a one-time magic link. No password exists and none is stored. Sign-in creates an account record (your email address and sign-in timestamps) with Supabase Auth, in the same EU-hosted Supabase project as the listing database. While you are signed in, a session token is kept in your browser's local storage; it is strictly necessary for the sign-in to work, is used for nothing else, and is removed when you sign out. This processing happens so you can manage your own listing (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you never use the edit page, no account is created.
Feedback
The “Request a feature” links lead to a short feedback form hosted by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, EU), a separate service with its own privacy policy. Nothing from Tally is embedded in this site; it only loads when you follow the link. Filling the form is voluntary, the email field is optional, and anything you submit is processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), used only to understand and act on the feedback, and never for marketing.
Lawful basis
Listing data is processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given explicitly at submission. The contact email is processed for moderation and listing management on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): running an accurate, spam-free directory. The women-led attribute describes the business or practice, is strictly opt-in, and is stored only when the submitter ticks it.
Where the data lives
The listing database is hosted with Supabase in the EU. The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Both act as data processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, under their own data processing agreements, which cover international transfers through Standard Contractual Clauses. No personal data is sold or shared with any third party beyond the processors and services named in this policy.
Your rights
If you are listed, you can request a copy, a correction, or removal of your listing at any time by writing to aipartnermap@aisafelens.com. Removal is unconditional and applied promptly, including from the machine-readable feed at the next site rebuild. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Spain, the AEPD.
